These Author Terms (“Author Terms”) govern the listing, distribution, and sale of content by authors (“Authors”, “you”) on Vexaro. By submitting, publishing, or selling any item on Vexaro, you agree to these Author Terms in addition to Vexaro’s Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and any other applicable policies.
Authors must have a registered Vexaro account in good standing.
You must be legally permitted to sell and distribute digital content.
Vexaro reserves the right to approve, reject, or remove authors at its discretion.
You retain ownership of the content you submit to Vexaro.
By submitting content, you grant Vexaro a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, distribute, and promote your items on the platform.
You confirm that you own all rights to your content or have proper authorization to distribute it.
Authors may not upload or sell content that:
Infringes copyright, trademarks, or intellectual property rights
Contains malware, spyware, backdoors, or malicious code
Is illegal, deceptive, or fraudulent
Circumvents licensing, DRM, or security systems
Violates applicable laws or Vexaro policies
Vexaro may remove prohibited content without notice.
Authors set their own prices unless otherwise restricted by platform rules.
Vexaro may apply minimum or maximum pricing limits.
Authors are responsible for accurately describing their items.
Misleading or false listings may be removed.
Earnings are subject to Vexaro’s revenue share or commission structure.
Payouts are processed through supported payment providers.
Vexaro may withhold payouts in cases of fraud, disputes, chargebacks, or policy violations.
Authors are responsible for any taxes, fees, or reporting obligations.
Authors are responsible for providing support and updates unless stated otherwise.
Support obligations must be clearly stated on the item page.
Abandoned or unsupported items may be delisted.
Vexaro may suspend or remove:
Individual items
Author accounts
Access to selling privileges
This may occur due to policy violations, legal requirements, abuse, or repeated complaints. Removal does not entitle the Author to compensation.
Refunds are handled according to Vexaro’s Refund Policy.
Excessive refunds, disputes, or chargebacks may result in account restrictions.
Vexaro’s decision on disputes is final.
Authors may stop selling at any time by removing their items.
Vexaro may terminate Author accounts for violations or abuse.
Upon termination, Vexaro may retain content for legal, transactional, or archival purposes.
Vexaro is not liable for lost profits, lost data, or indirect damages related to author content or sales. The platform is provided “as is” and “as available.”
Vexaro reserves the right to update these Author Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
