This Refund Policy explains the circumstances under which refunds may be issued on Vexaro. By purchasing or downloading items from Vexaro, you agree to this Refund Policy in addition to our Terms of Use, Author Terms, License Terms, and Premium Terms.

1. Digital Items – General Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are considered final once an item has been downloaded or accessed, unless otherwise stated in this policy or required by law.

Refunds are not guaranteed and are granted only at Vexaro’s discretion.

2. Eligible Refunds

A refund may be issued if one or more of the following conditions apply:

The item is significantly not as described

The item is defective or unusable, and the author is unable or unwilling to provide a fix

The item contains malicious code or security vulnerabilities

Duplicate purchase of the same item was made accidentally

Access to a paid item was never provided

Refund requests must be submitted within a reasonable timeframe after purchase.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted for:

Change of mind or no longer needing the item

Lack of technical knowledge or compatibility issues clearly stated on the item page

Failure to read the item description, requirements, or license terms

Items purchased at a discount or as part of a promotion (unless defective)

Free items or promotional credits

Premium subscriptions after access has been granted (unless required by law)

4. Premium Subscriptions

Premium plans are billed in advance and are non-refundable once activated.

Cancelling a Premium subscription stops future billing but does not refund the current billing period.

Exceptions may apply only where required by applicable consumer protection laws.

5. Refund Process

Refund requests must be submitted through Vexaro’s official support channels.

You may be required to provide details, screenshots, or evidence to support your claim.

Vexaro may consult the item author before making a final decision.

Refunds, if approved, will be issued to the original payment method where possible.

6. Chargebacks & Abuse

Initiating a chargeback without contacting support may result in account suspension or termination.

Excessive refund requests or abusive behavior may lead to loss of refund privileges or account restrictions.

Fraudulent refund activity will be investigated and acted upon.

7. Author Responsibilities

Authors are encouraged to assist buyers in resolving issues before a refund is requested.

Repeated complaints or high refund rates may result in item removal or author account restrictions.

8. Legal Rights

This Refund Policy does not override any statutory consumer rights you may have under applicable laws. Where local laws require refunds, those laws take precedence.

9. Policy Changes

Vexaro reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
