Responsibility of Sellers
All sellers on Vexaro are fully responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to sell any product they upload.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Owning full copyright to the product
Holding a valid license that explicitly allows resale or redistribution
Having written permission from the original author where required
By uploading a product to Vexaro, the seller confirms that:
They are legally permitted to sell the product
They are not violating any third-party copyrights, trademarks, or licenses
All claims, descriptions, and licensing statements are accurate
Any false or misleading claims regarding ownership or licensing are the sole responsibility of the seller.
Zero Tolerance for Unauthorized Reselling
Vexaro does not allow:
Rebranded marketplace products
Modified versions of paid scripts without resale rights
Redistributed assets from platforms such as CodeCanyon, ThemeForest, or similar
PLR or bundle content without verifiable resale permission
Products containing third-party assets without redistribution rights
If a seller is found to be reselling content without proper rights or licenses, immediate action will be taken.

We do not claim ownership of user-uploaded content
We do not provide legal validation of seller licenses
All legal responsibility lies with the seller who uploaded the content
If a seller is found to be in violation of copyright or licensing laws:
Any legal claims, damages, or disputes are 100% the seller’s responsibility
Vexaro assumes no liability for unauthorized uploads
Support for Original Rights Holders
We actively support original creators and rights holders.
If you are the original owner of content that has been uploaded without authorization:
We will promptly investigate the claim
We will remove infringing content where appropriate
We will cooperate fully to resolve the issue fairly and transparently
Our goal is to protect creators — not exploit them.
